| It is a Proprietary Concern of Mr. Balakrishna T. Shetty, who is also looking after the entire marketing and purchasing activity of the concern. All authority and power is vested with the Proprietor. He is the key decision maker. Basic activity of each department has been delegated to officials and these officers & executives assist him in his decision making and management decision. And all workers are supervised by supervisors. |
| It is complete manufacturer set up and the activity starts from purchase of raw material and ends with the end product. The main raw materials are Aluminum Sheets and various wads. Activities are cutting sheets, printing on sheets, shearing, punching, knurling, wad fitting and sorting & inspection. Cutting and printing activity has been carried out by the outsiders namely M/s D'Souza Metal Cutting Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Sudha Metal Printers Pvt. Ltd. (Associate Concern). Setting of Dye and supply of Dye have been provided by M/s Bhagavati Metal Works (Associate Concern). |
| Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Go, No-Go Mould, Lab Oven and Sealing Machines are available for testing. Each lot of Printed Aluminum Sheets tested for Thickness, Printing & Proper finish. Wads are checked for thickness and Cleaniness. Shade Cards for all parties maintained.
